WHAT IS HUMAN DESIGN
Human Design is a system using your birthdate, time and location to reveal your genetic design. This is determined by combining the logical systems such as The L’ching, Astrology, Kabbalah, Hindu-brahmin Chakra System and Quantum Physics. You will receive a blueprint to help you learn about your unique purpose and have a more individual understanding of yourself. This gives you tools to help you experiment and learn more about yourself.
The reading and blueprint you will receive will help you learn more about your unique energy, personality, and purpose. This can help you move more into your individual understanding of yourself and how you navigate personal relationships and the world around you.

When you make decisions and take actions using the Strategy for your Type, you align with your natural energetic structure. That alignment allows for “flow” because you’re working with your natural energy, instead of against it.
What is a client to do after an appointment?
You will receive ways to use your strategy and authority to help guide you. In the process of learning how to react to things and how to bring in more balance to your life. Following the appointment, I am available for any questions concerning your Blueprint. You will also receive a copy of your Blueprint to review as needed with tips to help you along this journey.
How does a human design reading help me in my life?
A Human Design Blueprint is a guide for you to authentically be yourself. It's finding the clarity that helps you understand your behaviours, and emotions, learning how to deal with these on a deeper level that’s more individual to each of you. It gives you this deeper understanding of yourself and gives you permission to be who you are meant to be, not who everyone else wants you to be.

Generator and Sacral Authority. Trained Human Design Specialist. I created Phases to Harmony when I quickly fell in love with what Human Design could offer me. All my conversations about what Human Design offered sparked this joy and playfulness inside me. I had signs pointing me here for months, all I had to do was finally follow them. I whole heartly know this is part of my purpose.

With everything I have slowly gone through, I had been pointed in the direction of finding myself in the spiritual world and I haven’t looked back since. As I struggled with an auto immune disease, I leaned in more to help find the root cause. With finding that validation and clarity I knew how Human Design could help others.
I created this space for you. A space where you can be vulnerable, find clarity and be open to a different world of finding yourself. This is a space where I will stand with you in the chaos and help guide you in figuring out all of the little things that you need to.

This space is for you and I to connect. A safe space for you to unlearn who you were told to be and to learn who your meant to be. A space to find more alignment and allow flow into your life. Together we can go through these phases and find our individual harmony.

Phase 1

During this reading you will learn about your energy type, strategy, and authority. When we know how to use these fundamental pieces of your design you can learn more about your needs, and a clearer understanding of your purpose by finding your unique gifts. Included in this reading you will receive an emailed copy of your design following your appointment.
We will book a zoom appointment and discuss your chart. It will be where you can ask questions to help
understand your personal design.
This reading will be infused with Reiki energy.
Phase 2

In this reading we will help you understand your profile and 9 energy centers. As we discuss your defined and undefined energy centers this will help you grasp the traits of your energy centers, these are things you may have felt, or you had been taught through external conditioning. This also includes how you as an individual guard your energy in those areas. We discuss your keynotes as well to help you get more answers on why you may feel you are searching for more in some areas of your life than others.
This will include a zoom appointment to discuss your design and a written summary will be emailed after your appointment.

Navigating Parenthood
Your investment
This program will be a 3 month program broken into 6 one on one call times with me as we explore your child's individual Human Design chart. We will be digging into your child’s chart to help you find connections with them through who they are. How you can start implementing tips and tools into your daily life. We all know each child is so individual and that is so important to remember during this process. This course will allow you to lean in to allow yourself to grow as a parent and find a unique way of understanding your child at a soul level. We will be learning about your child’s energy type, authority, energy centers, gates and channels each which help explain who your child is on a deeper level energetically.
I will be available throughout the course of this program by email to support you through any questions you have. You will receive digital copies to print of your child’s chart at the end of every discussion week.
